Return & Exchanges Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us for a full refund, store credit or an exchange. Please read the following information on our return and exchange policy.
All returns must be within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must either be in new and unused condition, have a flaw that affects quality or function or you have received a broken or incorrect item.

Please note, you are responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After we receive your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. We will reimburse your shipping costs if we determine that we have made an error. Refunds will be sent to your original method of payment.
Please allow up to 14 days from our receipt of your item to process your return. Take note that refunds might take 1-2 billing cycles to post to your credit card statement, depending on your bank.
